#ComeWithMe by Suzanne Eller #BookReview

Imagine that Jesus walks up to you, right now, and asks you to follow him. He doesn’t tell you where, and he doesn’t tell you what it will entail. He just asks you to come.

Will you say yes?

In her warm, conversational way, bestselling author and Proverbs 31 speaker Suzanne Eller shows how, when you say yes, you take a step away from the uncertainty, the to-do list, the worries and excuses. And you take a step toward the One who promises to delight and surprise, who will transform who you are, how you live, and how you impact the world.

So come. Walk with Jesus. Listen to his words. Step into the harder places of faith – but not alone. Learn who you are, but more so who he is to you.

The road will wind, your feet will get dusty. But you will discover the unexpected beauty of following where he leads. And that is worth everything.

#BookReview and #Giveaway #ComeWithMeWhen I picked up #ComeWithMe by Suzanne Eller, I expected a heartwarming book filled with encouragement as we each seek to follow the Call Christ has placed in our lives. I was not disappointed, in fact, I learned more than I imagined! I grew up knowing God and reading about the Disciples, but Suzanne’s book turned my world on its ears as I met the Disciples in a fresh new way.

My favorite chapter was eight “When you Feel Like the Chair Guy.” I love working behind the scenes, helping others draw near to the Lord, discovering their strengths and identifying God’s Call in their life.

I encourage believers, no matter where you are in your faith, to pick up this book and get ready for a heart changing experience.

  1. Heather, I could not get the Rafflecopter link to work for me, really weird. It would give a box to answer the question. Normally don’t have a problem. My most memorial invitation was the invitation I received from God to become His child.

  2. Heather, what a great book review. I think so highly of Suzanne Eller… her heart, her wisdom… I pray God uses this book in mighty ways (actually, I can tell that prayer is already answered). I love what Mom C said about her most memorable invitation. How true… xoxo
